Precision Engineering (International)

Market research project identified up to 20 UK based businesses across diverse industrial sectors to be targeted as new customers providing a thorough commercial and financial brief on each. Research involved interviewing the four existing core customers and out of this came a series of business structure and process recommendations designed to help retain the relationships.

Chemical Corporation (International)

Devised and delivered a training programme covering product and market selection, segmentation, targeting and positioning, marketing communications and sales process management. Supported the UK Managing Director and his team with successful turnaround strategies.

Undercapitalised and looking for new investment. Equity secured on the back of a prospectus comprising a new strategic marketing plan incorporating three year profit and loss, cash flow and marketing communications forecasts.

Low market awareness in a highly competitive sector. Created awareness raising marketing communications materials including a family of advertisements, brochures and leaflets, website, exhibition stand, and direct mailing material. Initial direct mail campaign secured a 7.5% response rate.

Beauty treatment business expanding to compete in the full day ‘Spa’ market from new premises. Created new brand visuals and a complete range of marketing communications material to deliver and reinforce the repositioning.
